Hier zijn een aantal haalbare, niet-prestatiegerichte vormen van zelfzorg:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ga 15 minuten wandelen zonder doel, alleen om te ademen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Leg je telefoon 2 uur weg. Niet om iets te bereiken, maar om rust te voelen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zeg vandaag \u00e9\u00e9n keer &#8216;nee&#8217; tegen iets wat te veel is.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Plan een uur niets \u2013 en bescherm dat alsof het een afspraak is.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zet je hand op je borst en zeg: \u2018Ik mag moe zijn.\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je bent niet zwak als je moe bent. Je bent moedig als je stopt.
