The origins

My method, which revolves around inner circular leadership, came about thanks to my own experiences. During a meditation, I first became acquainted with my heart center. This is the place of your heart, but even bigger. This was such a life-changing experience that I wanted to learn, discover and test more and more about this.

If you do the heart center meditation regularly and get in touch with your heart better and better, it will increasingly serve as a counselor, as a compass. The voice of your heart has always been there, but in this way you can hear it better, understand it and listen to it. In this way you can better tune in to what does and does not belong on your life path, which energies and emotions are yours or others' and more clearly attract your wishes.

With this knowledge, I would like to help others. Help with fears, blockages or limiting beliefs, but also traumas and lethargy. Complaints that increase significantly in our modern society. But if you start living from your inner circular leadership, in which your head and heart together form your compass, then you can start living from your full potential.
